Custom order lead time is typically 3-7 days. Custom orders for Oaks and Derby typically end by the third week of April.

April production time will vary due to a peak in the amount of orders. To ensure that you can purchase a hat in time for Oaks, Derby, or Summer Weddings, we advise that you plan ahead and get in touch early to avoid disappointment.

• Present style of hat or fascinator you would like from the store, with an addition of a photo of your outfit and any other details you’d like me to know to help me with the design process. This can be done through email or private messaging.

• After this process is done, I will send a photo of the selection of materials that are available to be used for the specified design of the hat. The price will be calculated based on the design and materials used. A specific link will be sent to allow you to purchase the item. Once completed, A picture of the custom hat will be sent to you for your viewing.

• Please keep in mind that no two hats are exactly the same, minor differences may occur.

• For international shipping, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be administered by the courier company once the package has arrived in your country.

- Your parcel will be fully insured once it leaves Annawanghat store, making the courier take full responsibility for the package. Any claims for loss or damage to the shipment will be the responsibility of the client, we do not take any liability for this once they are collected by the courier.
