All the hats will be shipped out from Rockville, MD 20854 via FedEx/UPS GROUND (1~7 business days) or USPS Priority mail (2-4 business days) if their shipping fee is much the same. The overnight and other shipping service are also available. Please contact me first if you want it, I will check the price and delivery time for you. Pick up is available!

🔹Present style of hat or fascinator you would like from the store, with additional photos of your outfit and any other details you’d like me to know.
🔹After this process is done, I will send a photo of the selection of materials that are available to be used for the specified design hat or a finished designed hat by your request. The hat will be done until you are satisfied! The price will be calculated based on the design and materials used. Then your hat link will be sent to you to purchase it.
🔹Custom order lead time is typically 3-7 days. Custom orders for Oaks and Derby typically end by the third week of April.

April production time will vary due to a peak in the amount of orders. To ensure that you can purchase a hat in time for Oaks, Derby, or Summer Weddings, we advise that you plan ahead and get in touch early to avoid disappointment.
